    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return/refund your items. If you require a return, refund, or warranty claim, please write to us at

    Our products are made to order. We do not refund due to 'change of mind'. We will provide a refund if the product has been damaged or has any issues. 
    If you provided a wrong address, kindly email us quickly, before we ship out the product. 

    Customer has given the wrong/incomplete address
    We will not give any refunds or resend any products due to any wrong and incomplete addresses. Please note that failed deliveries due to a missing apartment/unit number are common and also considered as a wrong and incomplete address and is also not viable for a refund or reprocessing. However, please notify us as soon as you can before we ship the package out for delivery.

    If you provided a different name from your apartment mailbox
    In some cases, customers provide a name different from the on on their mailbox in their apartment. This may often result in failed deliveries as the courier has no information about the recepient. This is not viable for a refund or reprocessing as it is under incomplete/incorrect address details.

    Damaged Product
    If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We will require photo evidence of this via email to
    Product lost in transit
    If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! 
    Missing Items
    If your package has a missing pack, email us immediately and send us photo verification of the items you received and we'll have the Sticker Packs sent out for redelivery. We do not refund missing packs, rather we will reprocess and resend them for you at no cost.
